On May 28, 2024 Rector Tolobek Abdyrakhmanov received the Chairman of the Board of the Branch of Beijing University in Tsangdi (XUAR), Mr. Sun Jinli. During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of cooperation between the two universities in the field of education. The Chairman of the Board of the Branch of Beijing University introduced the two issues for discussion as cooperation on the student exchange program, and the opening of a school where local children who want to learn Chinese and children from China who want to learn Kyrgyz and Russian will study.

During the meeting, Tolobek Abdyrakhmanov and Mr. Sun Jinli discussed specific details and various aspects of this issue and agreed to appoint specific people to study and develop this issue, as well as prepare relevant documents.

The meeting was also attended by the Director Sun Bin, employee Wang Hongtao, Advisor to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Arslan Koichiev, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Jenish Beksultanov, Director of DICR Bakyt Keldibekov and Director of ISHS Myrzabek Kamchybek uulu.
