On April 29, 2024 the Rector Tolobek Abdyrakhmanov received a delegation headed by Mr. Diao Jiangdong Wang, Director of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College. During the meeting, the two leaders discussed issues of cooperation in the field of international e-commerce, and as a result, signed a memorandum of understanding. The meeting was also attended by Li Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Faculty of Trans-Border E-Commerce of the Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, Liu Xiquan, the Head of the International Trade Department of the College, Wang Bahong, the Head of the Department of International Seminars of the College, Nazik Shatmanova, the Head of the Department of International Relations of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, Jyldyz Usonbaeva Director of the Confucius Institute under KNU from the Kyrgyz side; Chen Zhiguo, Director of the Confucius Institute under KNU from the Chinese side, Bakyt Keldibekov, Director of the department for international cooperation and relations, and Burul Nazarmatova, Deputy Director of the department for international cooperation and relations.
