On June 12, 2023, at the SAH of the main building, a meeting was held between the faculty of the university and Chinese PhD doctoral students who first came to KNU for offline studies and personal meetings with their supervisors. The head of the department of PhD doctoral studies Daniyar Dzhumaliev delivered a welcoming speech on behalf of the university administration. The head of the PhD program Ermeka Laylieva acquainted with the history of KNU, the features of the scientific and educational PhD doctoral program. The meeting was very constructive and fruitful.

Chinese doctoral students were also told about the regulatory framework for PhD doctoral studies. Scientific supervisors, together with doctoral students, prepared a schedule of individual consultations. In addition, academic advisers of areas and supervisors were instructed to immerse doctoral students in the language environment and include a cultural component in the program of stay of foreign doctoral students at KNU.

During the meeting, they also listened to the information of the doctoral students themselves about the topics of dissertations, the preparation of scientific publications. Chinese doctoral students stayed in the hostel number 9. A scientific-practical conference "Approbation of the scientific results of PhD studies of foreign doctoral students" is scheduled for the end of August

It should be noted that the university administration attaches great importance to the development of export educational services, in particular, PhD doctoral studies. In this regard, significant efforts are being made to maintain the quality of the scientific and educational process at the proper level.
